Head unit stuck on boot loop

  • For the last month my px6 android 11 for mitsubishi lancer has not been able to go past the Dasaita on boot and reboots every 5-10 mins and same outcome. I have tried reseting factory and today tried updating to the latest firmware: telenav_vivid_rk3399_11.0_ota(20240604). My next option is to ask for an mcu update currently my system has the following versions in the attached image. Id like to figure this out before i go about purchasing a new head unit.

  • Hi Francisco,

    Here are some tips to help you get the work done:

    Vivid 11 Version Make Sure your unit is PX6 Andorid 11

    telenav_vivid_rk3399_11.0_ota

    https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/q6xth470whr5sz5vfrn0k/update.zip?rlkey=7fzg210e29xm2ghwu3cexxr5z&dl=0

    1.Please unplug all the wires and then reconnect the head unit.

    2.Please download the document via your computer/laptop,  then use the WinZip application to unzip the file.

    3.Please make sure to format the USB drive(FAT32 Format)/SD card before copying the update file to it.

    4.Please ONLY put Update.zip file in the root directory of the USB drive/SD card,and then insert the USB drive into the USB cable.

    5. Find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 10 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select system updated ;

  • Hello I am having the issue on the Android 11 Vivid where my screen in stuck on the Navigation 11 logo... I tried the RST so many times. I did restart system, clear cache, I downloaded the firmware on a USB and this is what it keeps saying? I also formated to fat32 and opened the Zip file and dragged all 22 items onto the flash drive.

  • This what I'm showing

  • Thank you for your time and patience in this matter.

    Please shot click to choose the option from "apply updated from SD card or USB" .
