I just upgraded my px6 unit, and when I am listening to the radio and my cell phone receives a notification, the radio will shut off and automatically switch to Bluetooth. I have to manually switch the radio back to tuner in order to go back to the radio. This seems like a bug with the new software and can get really annoying. Please help
Same issue here. It switches to bluetooth player even if i just unlock my connected phone.
@Martin Makan same.... Super frustrating. still looking for a resolution.
Hello customers,
Please send your order ID so we could locate the model for vivid or max and send you a suitable firmware .
Thank you for your cooperation.
The same in my unit. Scout 7.7.4662
@Martin Makan
Thank you for your kind reply. It is a shame that we can't locate this order ID on the system.
Or you could tell us the unit on your head is max 11, vivid 11 ,max 10 or vivid 10 .
For this issue,please try to find a pind to press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select factory reset and reboot the unit;
NOTE: Make sure you press the RST button vertically and firmly, you should feel a slight press, or even hear a faint click.
@Iñaki Pastó
Please try to factory reset first.
Here is thel latest firmware for reference:
Scout 10 Version : Make Sure your unit is PX6 Android 10 Version

I have this problem also with using the latest telenav_vivid_rk3399_11.0_ota(20240913) firmware. Vivid 11 unit. It is making using android auto annoying too, because any time there is any sound on my phone it is pausing whatever music is playing over android auto.
It did not do this before I installed the latest firmware. I updated the latest firmware because it works better with my partner's iPhone for Carplay, but now I have this issue.
@gray corgi Hello, could you send a video to this e-address: team@dasaita.com so we could forward to our technical support?
Thank you!
@Support Dasaita Sure, I am on a trip so I don't have another device to record with but I will send one when I'm back home.
For now I found a way around the problem. On my phone in the Bluetooth pairing settings for the Dasaita radio, I disabled "Media audio" (A2DP). Everything works fine with android auto with no interruptions if I turn that off. I think having that turned on is confusing the radio software and making it randomly switch to Bluetooth audio input when it shouldn't since I am using Android Auto.
@gray corgi
Hi customer, our engineer has just fixed the issue on the newer firmware, we will release once we finish the test.
We assume that you could try to update it when you are back.
