I don't know where to ask this, so here it goes. I purchased an Android 11 head unit for my wife's 2014 4unner in the fall of 22' and installed it. It worked perfectly and we loved it until Jan 23' when smoke billowed out of the back of it and it turned off while my wife was driving. No damage to the runner. It was replaced hassle free and I put the new one in. It lasted until April when It got stuck in the boot loop. I reset it and disconnected it from power overnight with no change. I took it out, boxed it up, and put the stock back in, knowing I was out of the warranty time frame. I now own a $619.00 paperweight. I would like to know if there is a known fix for this. I bring this up because I am looking at another Dasaita unit for my 2015 Sierra and just want to make sure I will not be in a similar situation. Any help with my wife's Dasaita would be great if anyone has any ideas. I should have queried here long ago, as it seems many have commented on how responsive Dasaita is to customers, but life is busy...... Thanks in advance!
