I updated the software on 10/13/24, but after that, the music for Android Auto stopped working. I think this has something to do with the PX6 and Android Auto trying to play Bluetooth at the same time.
I've sent my device information.
When I start the car, the music plays for a second and then stops. The same thing happens when I open Android Auto. But if I disconnect Bluetooth after Android Auto is open, the music plays perfectly. However, if you return to the home page, it says the device is disconnected.
Can someone help me solve this issue?

I notice that the issue starts when I open Android Auto. If I don't use the Android Auto, Bluetooth audio works perfectly

Yes, it is the latest vivid 11 version on your head unit.
If you connect the wireless Android Auto,the bluetooth will be occupied. So it is normal to disconect the bluetooth audio ,now you're using the wirless Android auto audio.
In that case what can I do to use android auto

Please try to find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select factory reset and reboot the unit;
