@Support Dasaita that is not acceptable. Your firmware update from scout caused the problem so you need to correct it and make it right. If this is how you do business then I will make it known that you are just about money and not customer satisfaction and tell people nit to buy your radios.
I do a lot of car shows and people always ask me about my head unit.
