I just ordered and installed android 13 8 inch for 4runner amazon order and the unit loses all audio from android auto randomly , but the am fm radio plays fine . The only way to get audio working through android auto is if i hold the reset button on the front of the radio and recconect the phone it will play music for sometimes 30 seconds and sometimes for 10 minutes then it cuts out. All audio cuts out when from android auto i cannot even hear the google assistant , but if i turn the volume knob , i hear the system sounds and if i play the am fm radio i hear audio from that. I have tried 2 different phones.

I downloaded the file, unzipped and placed it onto a freshly formatted fat32 usb , I then inserted the drive into the usb cable . the update did not start so i tried manually to start update in the radio menu and it did not find the update . I tried both usb , the radio did write android files onto the usb so that makes me think the usb is working

This is the USB drive after i removed it from the radio , notice that the radio wrote files to the USB but the radio could not recognize the update 
OK , i got the update to install, I had to place ONLY the zip file by itself on the thumb drive , i will let you know if the Audio issues are resolved after some testing . Thanks
