Regarding to the mirroring link,
1.Please connect the wifi hotspot from your iPhone.
2.Please go to the Carplay app to choose the wirless mirroring link.
3.Please pull down the iPhone screen and select mirroring link.
If not luck,please provide your order ID and go Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Bulid Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
I use an Android phone and still have problems qith mirroring it wont work and tried installing Hulu APK and wont work. Here are my specs. Thank you for the help.

If you're using Android phone ,please donwload the app on your phone.See the steps for reference on the headunit.
If you download this APK :https://apkpure.com/search?q=Hulu via computer and copy it to the USB driver but not luck,please network with the unit and download from the google play store.
Could you also send a video of showing so we could better help?
