and it detects the pendrive correctly but it jumps to recovery and trying with more than one pendrive

We'd like to remind that the update operation involves the potential risks.
For this reason, we suggest that you can keep the current version to use if the unit can work normally.
I have a G12 and also get this same screen when trying to update, I want to see if this update fixes the crashes I get every once in while, while I'm in Carplay it will crash to a blank screen and have to hard reset physically on the front face of the unit.

Could you please sharing a video of showing the issue(Carplay it will crash to a blank screen ) to us so that we could better confirm?
Please go Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Bulid Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
