Pictures: Settings > About Machine > Model; Android Version; Build Number; MCU version.

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates" to start the update.
***NOTE:
Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".

I want to connect Carplay via Zlink as described by you. The error is I select your radio under Carplay on the iPhone and it tries to connect, unfortunately without success. It stops and says device not found.
@Support Dasaita MAX10 Version(20230302) its an very old firmware.

Please try to do as follows to see how it goes:
Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all date(factory reset).
The older firmware works. For security reasons, I would like to use the current one with a working ZLink

If MAX10(20230803) firmware cannot work for Zlink, we suggest that you can try to update MAX10(20230302).
