Hi, this is occurring for my Dasaita Vivid 11 unit (SKU: HA5248H-Vivid11-CP-HD-4) for a 2019 Honda HR-V. Initially started a few months ago with it cycling through a boot loop multiple times before working. Now I only get this screen. Trying a factory data reset does nothing. Trying again does nothing. Please advise. Thanks.

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip”&“hmcu.img” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Press and hold RST button via pin to enter the factory reset page,
tap "Wipe data/factory reset" firstly.
5.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable,
then tap "Apply update from SD card or USB" to start update.
