My screen glitches when I try to use PIP going to the home screen while using YouTube. I have to reset the device to get out of it.
Also when I bought the unit, it stayed it had Android 13 but I have 12. Should I update?

For your information, this version doesn't support PIP function.
To ensure the unit can run well, we suggest that you stop using PIP.
If we implement this feature in the future, we will let you know further.

Hello.
For your information, it doesn't support to update the later system Android13 from Android12.
Each system must update the firmware of original system if needed.
We recommend not to do the mandatory installation for another different system to avoid the potential damage to the machine or results in bricked unit.
