Wireless Carplay does not work; Wired works perfectly

  I can connect to Carplay vai Zlink wired just fine; I would prefer to connect wirelessly sometimes but I cannot.

  I get as far as having Zlink up and the phone recognizing the car in the Carplay menu, but when I select my headunit to connect to Carplay from my phone, it cannot connect.

  When I connect my phone to bluetooth, first, it will connect succesfully to the headunit for phone and audio but it does not seem to recognize it as a Carplay-eligible bluetooth connection and it is not even available in my phone's Carplay list like it is in the first scenario.

  Thanks for your message.

  Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can try to do the factory reset firstly:
  Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all date(factory reset).

  Alternatively, please press and hold the RST button by pin for 15 seconds to enter the factory setting interface to do the factory reset.
