I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota RAV4 and have been considering upgrading the head unit to something more modern. I have come across a lot of great feedback about Dasaita units and their capabilities; so I thought I would reach out to this community for some guidance.
I am looking for a unit that offers seamless compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Navigation and a user friendly interface are also top priorities. My current factory unit feels a bit outdated; and I would love to improve both the aesthetics and functionality of my dashboard.
Are there specific Dasaita units that you would recommend for the RAV4? I’ve noticed several options on the website; but I am not sure which one would suit my needs best.
I am fairly handy but not a professional installer. Would you say the installation process is straightforward for someone with basic tools and DIY experience? Are there specific harnesses or adapters I should order along with the unit?
How does the sound quality compare to the stock system? Did you need to upgrade the speakers as well to notice an improvement?
