Yes the AC works perfectly fine without the CanBus box plugged in. It stops working as soon as i plug it in. The ac lights on the dash start blinking and it completly stops.

This issue happened from the beginning, or after using for a while?
@Support Dasaita no the radio doesn't work at all unless I plug the can bus and that's when the ac stops working. But when the can bus is plugged in the radio and steering wheel controls work perfectly fine. This issue has been from the first time I've installed it.
purchase order is from Amazon, 113-3332152-0771446 date was November 22 2024.

Please make sure CanBus option is NO.78:
Settings > Car > Factory settings (password :126) > CanBus > Canbus > 78 > Apply > Exit > Reboot.
Can bus is set to 78 and all settings shown above. still no hvac.
the physical ac controls are blinking and does not work when the knobs are changed. The same goes for the controls on the new radio. Email sent with a video.
