Hi. I have a 5th Gen 2016 Toyota 4Runner Limited with JBL audio sytstem and I installed a brand new Dasaita G12 6 months ago. Everything worked perfectly but yesterday the screen went black for no reason and when I restarted it (using the physical button) the sound stopped working at all. There's no sound with the radio, there's no sound with Apple CarPlay... the only sound that works is when I activate the "key sound" but nothing else. Already erased all data and restored to factory settings but nothing is working. Please help.
