For the past few weeks I've been having issues with my radio. It started with turning itself off and then powering back on repeatedly.
The issue seemed to fix itself until recently. The unit shipped with Vivid (5.10.3468). I tried updating the firmware and MCU via the link on that support page. I now have Scout (7.6.4558). Maybe I clicked the wrong link?
Anyway, it seemed to fix my issues for a couple days -- even some with CarPlay. But now the radio is freezing again. Lowering the volume on its own. Powering off randomly and not coming back on. How do I know if this is hardware or software?
