Help please,
I have Toyota Chr 2018 (screen 15cm high) Hybride.
The power harness used is CB004-3 and Canbus Simple, then i'm selecting Canbus n°8.
1- Steering Wheel Control does not work and i can't teach the buttons cause empty screen "Control study".
2- Reverse camera don't work, i don't have any vidéo on the screen. Nothing happen when i do reverse with the car. I think wire is correct (see images below). I tried connector 4 to Cam in and connector 4 to Aux in ( the other yellow câble). The connector 4-1 does not fit to connect. I didn't connect red and white cable. To the factory settings there is no "Prohibit reverse" option. I'm trying to check cam with Cam in app but nothing, black screen with yellow triangle.
3- I don't have any infos for m'y Hybrid car.
A idea for me ?

Please confirm that you have connected SWC cable and CanBus box well.

And please try to reprogram the steering wheel controls buttons as follows:
Step 1.
Settings > Car > Factory settings(password: 126) > Others > Steering wheel keys assign > Can Key > Apply > Exit (Restart).

Step 2.
Settings > Car > Steering Wheel Keys > start to program
OR
just open the App "Wheelkey Study" to program.

About the backup camera, please make sure that you have connected Yellow RCA "Cam In" with Yellow RCA "Camera".
Tips:
Please firstly find out the suitable white plug(#4 or #4-1) to connect with car original plug,
then connect yellow RCA "Camera" of that white plug with yellow RCA "Cam In".

Hi and thank you for your quick support.
My bad for the canbus, i thought it was used only for CB047, then i took the canbus to connect with the CB004-3.
Now, rear cam and steering wheel keys are OK !
I have now just 2 problems, the blue buttons on the left of Dasaita G13 dont' work. Before i connect the canbus these buttons worked.

And the control settings is inaccessible to modify. All is grayed.
What can i do, i saw in this forum you talked about canbus apk ?

Regarding to touch buttons issue, we suggest that you can try to do the screen calibration:
Settings > Car > Factory settings (password :126) > Key Study > Touch Key Study.

Tips:
Step1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
Step2.
Copy the file “CANBUS.UPDE” to the root directory of USB drive.
Step3.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable.
Step4.
Go Settings > Car > Factory settings(password: canupdates2).
*** NOTE:
The upgrade process is forbidden to cut off the power during the period.
Otherwise the CanBus decoder will be scrapped directly!

1 - Thank you for screen calibration, i didn't understand the process, then now it's ok.
2 - I copied the CANBUS.UPDE (size: 85.3ko) on a usb key and when i tried to open factory settings with the password (canupdates2), nothing happens... What to do ?

Please try to re-download the file, and copy it to other USB drives to test how it goes.
Please make sure that the file is “CANBUS.UPDE”(don't rename or plus any numeric suffix).

I retry with another usb key but nothing happens.
The keys are FAT32 format.
After reboot i have message : "Can update time out".
Password is really "canupdates2" not "canupdates" ?

For your information, it is correct for the password(canupdates2).
Please use a Pin/Paperclip to press and hold the RST Button for 15 seconds to enter the recovery interface to do the factory reset firstly.
(Tap "Wipe data/factory reset" > "Factory data reset" > "Reboot the system now".)

Then please try again for the CanBus update.
I did wipe an reset and reboot, but same result, nothing happens after factory settings with "canupdates2".
No message, then i close the car, the system don't stop, after some minutes system shutdown. When i restart, i have the message "Can update time out!!!".
The usb key must be a flash drive ot just a normal key ?

It sounds like rearranging the cables has resolved the issues you were experiencing.
This can sometimes happen due to poor connections even a slight misalignment can cause intermittent issues.

Another thing if I may, to suggest an optimization of the product.
According to my experience on the installation of the G13 and my knowledge in IT (20 years of experience). Some points are not very intuitive such as the configuration of the touch panel. It would be wise to improve the explanations with popups directly in the application, it would avoid that you are so solicited :)
