Audio with radio - No audio in Apps and with AA

  I have a Dasaita Android 12 Car Stereo for Nissan X-Trail Qashqai Rogue 2014-2018 Wireless Carplay & Android Auto Car Radio | Qualcomm 665 | 10.2" QLED Screen | Wifi+4G LTE | 6G+64G| Build in DAB Module|DSP Head Unit | Optical Output - Nissan X-Trail/Qashqai/Rogue 2014-2018|CB008 / With Internal DAB

  It worked well since March 2014 and all of a sudden I lost the audio in AA and in all apps. I have audio with the radio

  I tried upgrading the units but the problem remains.

  I saw it could be that the amp wire doesn't receive power. Could it be just that?

  Any suggestion to fix the issue?
