Ok @dasaitasupport , so I've had the g12 radio I ordered from Amazon for about 2 months now. Past their return policy. This is the second time the radio has went completely black. The led buttons on the bottom show color but there is no screen it's completely black. I have tried the reset pin hole on the side on the radio and it comes up to the recovery screen but when I long press reset or reboot system it just goes back to a black screen. This is the second time this has happened in the past week. This time the reset is not working at all.
