@Sir Erik Is there an ICON for SIM card recognition in the upper right corner of the main interface?
@Erik Stevens
Hello,
You have to configure an APN point according to the data provided by your phone company. I had to do it for the Sim of a company in Spain.
@JoMaRS Hi,
Do you located in US or Spanish?
Could you please put the Sim card on the phone and provide the APN to us?So that we could try to add it.
In my case it is Digi, in Spain, but each company has its own configuration.
I managed to configure it with the first video of the following link:
https://www.digimobil.es/configurar-internet
To me, after adding the APN it works normally.
Verizon must have in their web some guide too.
@JoMaRS Thank you get this thing resolved,the details you sent to us is very useful.
In theory, If provide the APN data of sim card, and we should be able to add it manually.
Apart from this issue, how is the overall experience with our brand's unit?😄
I only have one problem that is difficult for me to reproduce to send you the "hctlog" and that is that when there is no phone coverage, it seems that the overexertion of the SIM modem to relocate antennas for 1 minute, makes the unit turn off and I can only turn it on by pressing Reset with a paper clip for 10 seconds. I recommended you to do tests in your workshop to reproduce the problem, for example, with an inhibitor, since the areas with no coverage are very far away.
In the following link I explain it in one of the answers:

Hi JoMaRS,
We have do the test,currently we didn't find this problem.
Please try this firmware:
G13(20250321):https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/evprqurgnl7vz8m98l48s/update.zip?rlkey=z88uydiomyrh9ae9u9o8n80ez&d
1.Download the documents through the link on your computer/laptop.
(Do not rename and Unzip the file)
2.Format the USB drive(FAT32 Format)before copying the Update.zip file to it, then insert it to the USB cable,and it will pop out the firmware updating tips on the screen.
(Tick the option"Wipe data and format flash")

After finished the system update to see if the unit still turn off when there is no signal coverage.
