PX6 Help

  I have model: PX6 device: rk3399 board: rk30sdk 

  I have lost the ability to use the steering wheel to control audio and answer calls. Is there an update I need to download? I went into settings and there was nothing so I'm lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've had this unit for over 5 years and it has been good to me minus the annoying white noise.

  What's the car model & years?Do you have factory amplifier on your car?

  please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:

  1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.

  2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
