Hi.
My 360 camera function is suddenly stopped functioning.
When i Press the upper leftmost button on the screen nothing happens. (It used to turn on the camera)
When I enable the floating camera button, and press it, nothing happens. (It used to turn on the camera)
When I put the vehicle into backgear, the camera functions as supposed to.
Have you any suggestions to how to fix this problem.

please also confirm the steering wheel buttons is working .
if is working , go to the factory settings click the reset all settings and restart the units

The steering wheel buttons are working fine, but it seems rather drastic to reset all settings.
I assume that it means I have to reconnect phones, accesspoint etc. etc. - right?
I made the "factory reset" and the camera could be turned on by hitting either the upper leftmost button on the unit, or by pressing the floating camera button. Hereafter I installed Google, maps, Spotify and another navigation software CoPilot. Hereafter the failure came back. Now I cannot force the camera to be turned on. The function has worked prevously with the mentioned software installed.
