As I pointed on previous posts...the unit can not be directly upgraded from android 10 to 11 as the ota files do not contain the recovery partition (that needs to be upgraded too)...
In your case you have corrupted you're software....do the following:
Download the latest android ota file of your preference (stock, vivid or scout) and put the update.zip file into the root folder of a USB drive.
With a toothpick (or needle) press the reset button (pin hole) and keep it pressed until you see the android 10 boot logo (for about 25secs)...then the recovery menu will appear ..
Insert the usb (only one USB must be inserted into the USB ports) and Use the short press to move along the options and go to update system from.USB (not MCU)...long press and voilá (wait for the update to finish)...you will recover the system as before.
