When I am on my Bluetooth talking to someone, that person that I'm talking to says I sound terrible. Like there's a lot background noise when there's nothing. The only way I can work around this is I have to put my earbuds on to talk to someone. Does anybody know a fix for this?

This is by far the worse customer service. I and starting to think there is only 1 person running this so called company. 10 days and know on is trying to help me! I am starting to wish I went with a different company now!
