My system is stuck on the Android boot screen. Even when powering off the car and unplugging the battery, the issue is still there. I also tried the RST (Reset) button but it doesn't turn off or reboot into recovery mode. Any solutions?

@Avi Mahabir which version of android do you have?
Were you upgrading before the stuck?
@Iker Gomez I have this same issue and everything worked just fine until I tried to switch from max10 to vivid10 now it's stuck. I really need your help man you're the only person I've seen reply on these threads with valuable info
@Jorden Peacock it seems.that the boot system is corrupted....i would try the following:
1) create a upgrade sdcard with specific rockchip sdcard tool pointing to a Android 10 full image file (IMG extension ) . OTA files are not valid for this purpose. When booting with inserted sdcard the system will be upgraded. Not always work.
2) with an usbA to usbA cable connect to PC and with the rockchip flashing tools (same tools described on the A10 to A11 upgrade method thread) flash a new fresh A10 full image
@Jorden Peacock are you sure you did not use a vivid11 OTA? You case seems to be a classic boot loop due to software corrupted when trying to upgrade from Android version. To other by means of using just OTA files
@Iker Gomez I think what I did is I tried to turn a max11 into vivid 10 so it bricked it. I thought they sent me a max 10 but on the box it says max11. I'm struggling to get those tools to download. When I open the factory tool Dropbox it's just a file so when I try to download it all it downloads is a doc not the files shown in that video on the android 10 to 11 upgrade. If you could explain how to download those files so the actual tool program downloads I would appreciate it
@Iker Gomez do you have the img download for 11? Rk3399. I just went and bought an sd card and USB adapter so I can put those tools and the img file on there and hopefully fix it like you said. I just need the tools link and img file link so I can try
@Jorden Peacock This is exactly what I did also except I tried installing Vivid 11 on Vivid 10. I used a flash drive since the files that I could find was ZIP instead of IMG. After installing the Android 11 update, it's stuck in a boot loop.
@Iker Gomez I had Android 10 (Vivid 10) and I attempted to upgrade to Android 11 (Vivid 11) using a flash drive.
@Avi Mahabir that's exactly what I did. Used ota file for 10 instead of img file on my 11 and now it's in infinite boot loop. Says "android 10" when it boots then stays on Toyota logo and never changes. RST button does nothing and when I hold it for a super long time it completely bricks the unit until I unplug and re plug back in power. I've held it and let go after the buttons flash but it just goes back to infinite boot loop
those who used an Android OTA file that didnt correspond with the Android version you had installed....you have corrupted the boot as the boot and recovery partition belongs to an Android version that not match with the Android system...
1) You could try this method first, as do not require any specific hardware rather thsn sdcard:
follow this tutorial: http://www.sharethetrick.com/2014/08/rockchip-sd-card-firmware-burning-tool.html or this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgRF4WSs2S0
but with this upgraded tool: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aC8AzBLyRGA_oFbJA7YM4TypmxSoNCDI/view?usp=sharing
2) Using a USB-A to USB-A cable (USB-C to USB-A do not work) and the procedure explained on:
https://www.dasaita.com/community/forum/topic/62118/image-update-android-10-to-android-11
Tools for method 2:
Rockchip USB Drivers: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Lq3qmvAt_bRvml1bvqZsSoSQNMEvmKdT/view?usp=sharing
Rockchip Flash Tool 2.71:

You can follow this video (from 4:08sec) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPcDdmga_fc
For any of the methods You will need a Full image (i recommend you a Full A10 image). I cant provide them
@Avi Mahabir try the following...
Just get a FAT32 formatted sdcard and copy into it the OTA upgrade (update.zip) onto the root folder of the sdcard but for the android version you had previously to the bootloop....then boot. Probably your unit will boot into the recovery menu (if not try the reset sequence...but this time.with.the sdcard inserted).
Once you get the recovery menu you can use sdcard OTA file or any USB (faster) port for the upgrade to exit from the bootloop
@Avi Mahabir listen to Iker he knows his stuff. Helped me fix mine, you need 4gb FAT32 format sd card and sd to usb attachment to get the format and files done with pc. Then put the Android 10 OTA update.zip on sd (it's in the firmware download section, should say: HA3_rk3399_10.0_ota(20220521) Then put into unit sd slot and boot, it should take you to recovery screen. Navigate to "update with sd/usb" and run the update. After it's done take the sd out and reboot system. With any luck it'll fix your unit. That's exactly how I did it and it fixed perfectly. Been driving all day with no issue. I hope this helps you!
I need help......seems like I can't get into recovery mode anymore. I'm trying the SD card method @Iker Gomez suggested, but I don't know what "firmware" I should use, since he said not to use the OTA packages.
@Peter Nguyen nevermind......after an hour.....it it finally went into recovery mode somehow....I was able to fix my boot loop issue by putting the OTA Android 10 Max10 image back on.
I took a bit of a longer approach and disassembled the system to see why the reset button wasn't working. It turns out that it became disconnected from the board so I resoldered it back on and it works! I was able to boot the system into recovery mode and install Android 10 again using the SD Card. It most likely the same problem with your unit but I'm glad you were able to get your system fixed also! @Jorden Peacock
@Iker Gomez Thank you for all your help! Everything went smoothly and I was able to boot the system successfully again.
@Avi Mahabir Glad to help. @Jorden Peacock i am not Dasaita, just a user like you... so that is not "my stuff"
I'm having the same issues and can't get the unit to recovery mode. Can anyone help? I tried with SDCard and it's not working.
@Jorden Peacock I'm still having issues trying to escape the bootloop, I also accidentally flashed VIVID 10 instead of 11. So going back to your comment on here did you unzip HA3_rk3399_10.0_ota first and move update.zip or you just moved the entire folder (HA3_rk3399_10.0_ota)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
