PX6 and strange sensor

  Hi, I just would know what is this, it was inside the cables with my Dasaita PX6.

  It seems to be a IR receiver. I didnt know that any dasaita product has a remote control... is there any plug onto the unit that corresponds to that cable?

  No, and it seems strange... The connector is similar to the unit connector but is not compatible...
