Is there a way to delete or remove phones which are showing on the bluetooth devices list?
I can't seem to find a way to do it so.

Hi, go to apps/bluetooth/clear app cache-data. Greetings.
The other option is to go to settings/system/factory reset. But it will erase all other settings.

Clearing data/cache does not remove the paired devices.

Reset to factory should not be the workaround. There should be an option like on any other device to be able to remove Bluetooth devices.
@Zeek World Okay, resetting to factory settings should not be the solution, but unfortunately you have to do it to delete the paired devices, I have always wondered the same thing, the android operating system for phones has options such as "forget this device", among others that the android operating system for cars does not. Resetting means having to reprogram our radio just the way we want it.
Just open the Bluetooth app to make phone calls and there you will see the available paired devices, choose what to unpair or delete.
