@Kenneth Daugbjerg what version of firmware is installed? Post a photo of the device information...
That behavior occurred on some old firmwares...you can try to upgrade to the latest Android available firmware (check the firmware section of the forum). But check first what android version do you have....you can't upgrade from A10 to A11 with the provided upgrade files....(you can corrupt your boot).
If you are on A10 download and upgrade the latest A10 available ROM (you can choose vivid or stock (max10) )
If you are on A11 download and upgrade the latest A11 available ROM.
If you don't want to upgrade try to pair your phone from the unit but entering into settings>connections>Bluetooth>search (or something like that....i can't remember well) instead of doing it from the Bluetooth app (default)
