Hello @Michal Szulc, the update is for MTCH, I have stayed at 3.78 MTCE which is for our MAX10 PX6 Android 10 units. In one of the images it is confirming that it is an incompatible version (version unmatch).
@Jose Guillermo Huertas Lancheros attempt to upload mcu mtce 3.78 update fails.
@Mike pablo have you checked if smyour settings on "factory settings" are correct:
Radio option must be on on first tab.
Check on radio region tahtbis set up correctly your region.
