I have a Dasaita supplied Telenor 4G dongle and just plug it into one of the unit's USB ports to get WiFi over Ethernet.
@WILLIAM MCDONOUGH probably your USB LTE dongle requires specific drivers to work with android ... That are not included into supplied rom
@José Guillermo Huertas Lancheros any chance you are comfortable with the terminal to identify the ethernet driver in use? I installed the Terminal Emulator for Android and ran dmesg to see what was happening. I am running the ZTE MF833V 4G LTE USB Modem, which offers 2 modes. One is RNDIS and the other is cdc_ether. Both are supposed to be supported in Android.
What I see is 'register rndis_host' immediately followed by 'unregister rndis_host'.
I did get my Amazon Basics USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter to work, it uses the AX88179A driver.
@WILLIAM MCDONOUGH ,Look this is the dongle that Dasaita sold me from the huwaei brand.
