Hello, this could be a software defect across all Dasaita units.
The problem: Google contacts does not sync contacts at all (sync not functioning). I tried updating Play Services but without luck.
Why I need the app: I need to have Google contacts working on the device so that I can effectively use Google Maps. Essentially, I could just search for addresses of people in my contacts and they wil show up seamlessly in Google maps.
I tested Google contacts on another head unit (not from Dasaita) and it works. This leads to me thinking that there is a software problem on Dasaita units. I've upgraded to the latest Max10 firmware here and I still observe issues.
Can this be resolved?
