1. power of the PX6, unplug power.
2. connect to a computer, no response.
3. 5 fingers touch the screen, no change.

In recovery mode, firmware back to MAX10, solve the problem

@Francisco Martos @Michael Roldán Sometimes the reset button does not work as expected. Try to restart the unit, when it is still black screen but restarting ...use the needle to press the reset button (confirm that you are pressing the reset button - you have to notice a click - as sometimes the button is not very well aligned to the pinhole). keep the needle pressed during 25-30secs until you see the Recovery menu
Once into the recovery menu , update with a android 10 OTA update.zip file into the USB port root folder.
