@Adam Rosenthal you can always use both android and zlink. If you need internet connection on both it could be done by sharing internet connection by bluetooth

@Support Dasaita I know that. Because Zlink shuts off wifi. Not my issue. I will see if i can explain it better.
1) If I rest my unit and only use Zlink/Carplay it works perfectly.
2) I now decide I want to use Android so I turn on my hotspot and the Wifi on the Dasaita and watch videos Use Waze. I may Watch TV.
3) Once I use the Android for side of the unit for a period of time, Zlink will no longer work. There is nothing I can do to use it either wirelessly or wired.
4) I reset my entire unit and Zlink works perfectly
I know you can't use both at the same time
@Adam Rosenthal You mean that if you only use the zlink, the head unit could work normally. If you disable the zlink and go to use the Android, then return to zlink, it will no longer get connected unless you reset the head unit.
Non funziona zlink sul mio dasaita vivid 11. Ho installato l'ultimo aggiornamento con le mappe scout. Il mio telefono è un pixel 7a.

@Support Dasaita I installed zlink from the Dropbox link you gave me and I deleted all the data because it opened Apple CarPlay instead of Android Auto. After that I got this image that doesn't go away until I go back to the home page. what do you mean by new vivid 11 firmware? I had already installed the new firmware, the one with the scout maps. I installed the new firmware Y2024 but zlink still does not work. What solution do you propose? It has always worked android auto with zlink. I noticed that it turns on the hotspot and I can't turn it off, while the wifi connection I can't turn on. Do you know what problem is this? Is the problem related to the Zlink not working?

@Support Dasaita Honestly, I bought the Vivid 11 at the end of 2022, I installed it last summer and I thought it would last a little longer. I paid around €500 for it. if I have to spend €500 every 9 months of use I don't think I will. I bought your product because I thought it was quality. If you give me the new product that's fine, otherwise I'll do without Android Auto, thanks. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed, I've only been using your product for a very short time. I didn't tell you but before the end of the warranty I realized that the Android Auto USB socket wasn't working. to connect a USB to do an update I had to dismantle everything to change which socket with another.
