I installed HA5216-vivid11-CP-HD-4-US (with Canbus) on a 2016 Toyata RAV4 hybrid. When making phone calls through the head unit, I can hear static noise from speakers. The static noise shows up with or without exteral mic connected.
No noise when playing music through bluetooth

@Jerry J Please kindly check if the pin of the plug 2 as follow. Check if there is dust or other rubbish on it and if the pin is bent or not. If there is no problem, please kindly reconnect connect them firmly again.
@Support Dasaita The pins in the plug 2 are intact. The plug is clean without dust. I've also reconnected it firmly.
After reconnection, the static noise became a little bit lower but is still noticable.
