Why does the Bluetooth connection fail?

    1. Please check if the WIFI antenna is properly connected. The WIFI antenna receives signals for both Bluetooth and WIFI, so please make sure it's securely plugged in.
    2. Please try ignoring the device from your phone's Bluetooth and WIFI settings, and then attempt to reconnect.
    3. If you've tried the previous steps and are still having trouble connecting, please try using another phone to connect to the device. This will help us determine if the issue is with the device or your specific phone.

  • I completed an update to my PX6 to HA3_rk3399_10.0_ota(20230803). However, now the Bluetooth connection does not occur and it does not show any connections.

Please help me figure this out.

  • @Newbie

    Hello.
Please try to do as follows:

    Step1. Reset the Bluetooth:
Setting > System > Reset Options > Reset WiFi, Mobile&Bluetooth.

    Step2. Change Bluetooth option:
    Settings > Car > Factory settings (password: 126) > App > BT >
Please select the following options in turn: "FSC-BW124"、"WQ RF210"、"WQ-BC6"、 "SDIO-AUTO", then test which one can work.
