  Well I checked the "Do Not Disturb" and that was off thank you@Thomas T  and did the factory reset and we're good again, thank you@Chris Justice

  @Chris Justice Yes, mutes sound, Siri logo animates, but does not read the message out loud.

  I as well. G12 purchased in March in a 2014 Tundra SR5 w/o JBL. I assume it has to do with an Apple update, but before I contacted customer support I figured I'd look in here first.
