The radio volume I moved all the way down to 0 or 1. I don't think the others would make a diffence but I will try the system volume to see if that helps. Thanks

@Carlos Guerrero A11 does not add any new feature than A10 so if it works let it as it is. You can upgrade to A11 but is not an easy task and not supported by dasaita
