@Support Dasaita and yes I connected to wifi picture above shows the wifi symbol I can't go to another screen. It just stuck in android starting.
@Joshua HallPlease find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, factory reset it. If you could enter the system, you could connect to another wifi or hotspot then reset the time zone to check if the zlink could be activated or not. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
