The radio could not be turned on.

  • @Support Dasaita Hello,
For me and other users it is difficult to reproduce the problem. In my case, the areas where there is no phone coverage are 40 minutes away. But gathering data from other times I have had the problem, I can say for sure that the problem occurs when the unit, through the SIM modem, tries to relocate the antennas when there is no coverage for a certain time, maybe 1 to 2 minutes, because the last time I had the problem, the unit turned off several times in a row at intervals of 1 to 2 minutes and, until I reached an area with phone coverage, the unit could not stay on.
In cell phones, when there is no phone coverage, the latter causes a large power consumption and battery drain, and maybe due to the extra effort of trying to relocate the antennas also a rise in temperatures.
By this I mean that when the unit does not detect phone coverage through the SIM modem, this extra effort causes a consumption or heating that causes the unit to shut down and, therefore, please reproduce the problem in the workshop and make the appropriate checks, that is, use a SIM and, artificially, force the loss of phone coverage to see the consumption and temperatures when trying to relocate the antennas without success.

It may be that the power supply of the unit, in these cases, is insufficient, causes a power or temperature peak, or that the unit does not have a capacitor or small internal battery that assumes an extra consumption that the unit itself is not able to assume.
This is something that, once identified, you can certainly fix by MCU or firmware upgrade.

Please, it is imperative that you do this test and you will solve the problem for many users.

    Thanks in advance.
    Regards.

  • @Support Dasaita
You are the best support i have in my life.
Even the big brands don´t have this kind of support.
Keep the 5 stars support to all of us.
    Big thanks

  • @Mario Augusto Have you checked if the problem has been fixed with this latest firmware version?
