I have a problem during call. It has a bad quality that makes impossible to hear the voice from the car, there is a lot of car's background nois and call's echo. I tried to increase the volume of the microphone from fabric setting without results.
How can resolve this problem?

Don't start automatically and follow the manual update on menu, no file mcu found.
Only one doubt: on the step 2 of your guide (link above) you tell "plug on USB cable". I insert pen USB on port in the car (under command air conditioned). I have 2 USB port, I tried both whit same negative result.
@Mirko Spez Do you just put the update.zip file into directory of the USB. Have you formatted into FAT32 before you copying the update file? Would you kindly shot a video to demonstrate the update process so that we could check if there is some mistake or it's hardware associated issue? Your cooperation will be appreciated.
I attach image of the usb drive and a video to show the operation of update with your istructions that I think I followed properly. The only one different about your guide is that I don't have the dmcu file in the usb drive, in the link that you provided there isn't such file.

@Mirko Spez We are wondering if you could try another USB stick or use a SD card and in the meanwhile check if any USBs have been connected to the head unit while you are trying to processing the update.
I changed the USB drive but it's the same.
Also I tried connect phone (whitout Bluetooth) using a cable on the same USB port and Android Auto works correctly.
Do you have any other advise?
@Mirko Spez How about wired Carplay, have you already tried?
I don't have an Iphone to try CarPlay. But I don't understand what do you mean: try to see if the USB port works or if the audio problem is still persistent?
@Mirko Spez As you have tried Android auto and it worked correctly, in this case, we just want to confirm if carplay could work correctly in the same time. If they could work but the bluetooth call could not work, it may be something abnormal of the bluetooth board. Your understanding will be appreciated.

@Mirko Spez Please kindly connect your phone's bluetooth and dial ****** to check the current bluetooth version, you'd better send us the screenshot. We woud like to guide you through an update of the bluetooth module. In the meanwhile, go to zlink and send us the current zlink version, send us a screenshot to show that if possible. @Mirko Spez Have you seen any error shown on the screen while you are trying to install the zlink? We assume that the sound quality is zlink associated.
