Hi , I'm bought the dasaita for my Honda accord 2017 in January 2024 the installation was easy just plug in and work right away and about 3 day ago driving listening music radio stop working back up camera still working but the radio doesn't I'm took the radio out again and I'm don't see anything wrong so I'm assuming the radio is the issue

Please try to find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select factory reset and reboot the unit;
NOTE: Make sure you press the RST button vertically and firmly, you should feel a slight press, or even hear a faint click. Please find the tutorial video below:
