Dear friends, I'm downloading the software update for PX6 Android 9 RK3399 MAX6 via both links (here and in firmware section) and there is no update.zip file in the package. I've tried to repack the contents of the archive in several ways into the update.zip file, but the device doesn't recognize it.
How to do it right? Which files should be in the update.zip file? Should it be one of the folders in the downloaded file or all of the files in the final direction?
Hi I bought a max6 back in 2019. After constant crashing and instability I decided to refresh my install.
I can't access anything anymore.
It at least starts up but everything is glitchy.
And I cannot access the Google Play store.
Can I update this unit? It was working great until recently.

Please update the Firmware to the latest version via the link below,here are some tips to help you get it done:
①Vivid 10 Version:
MAX10(20230302)
1.Please download the file though the link via your computer/laptop.
(Do not rename and Unzip the file)
2.Format the USB drive before copying the Update.zip file to it, then insert it to the USB cable,and it will pop out the firmware updating tips on the screen.
(Tick the option"Wipe data and format flash")

@Support Dasaita I will try it tomorrow. This is a hassle cause I have to re download all my apps and re log in and redo all my settings. This better fix it.

@Support Dasaita Why does it look like your update sent me backwards? My OS on the radio looks old now. No where near the nice colorful card style layout it was
@Support Dasaita I believe I was on Scout and you put me on vivd which is an out dated looking OS in my opinion

Funny how support ignores my concerns and says no worries but wants me to answer their questions. They are the worse support ever. I will never tell people to buy their radios ever again. I will recommend idoing
Hi, I downloaded the G12 package (20241126) to upgrade my device. When I try to install, I get package read error. The USB KEY has been formatted in FAT32 several times and the installation procedure repeated several times with the same result, "ERROR IN READING THE UPDATE.ZIP PACKET. If possible, please download the installation package via OTA. Thank you.
