@Michael Underhill We would like to tell you that the name of the file is wrong which due head unit could not recognize the file, it should be update.zip instead of update(10).zip. Please kindly rename the file in the USB.

@Support Dasaita I'd like to follow up and thank Support Dasaita for their help. I was able to finally update the MCU. Following the recommendation I looked up the USB file on the head unit and found it to have an additional "." in the file name. Once I deleted the "." the head unit recognized the update. Thanks again for your help.
