  @Support Dasaita The head unit still will not recognize the update, it only recognizes the other usb drive that contains the current MCU file.

  @Support Dasaita I downloaded the update and after unzipping it with WinZip loaded onto a known good and formatted usb drive.  The head unit did not recognize the update.
