I received my G12 a week ago and everything seems to work except for three things.
1) I'm only getting sound out of the front center speaker. The unit doesnt seem to be turning on the factory amplifier for the 6 other speakers.
2) Phone calls through bluetooth and carplay have terrible static when talking to someone on the other end.
3) Wifi hotspot will not connect if Carplay is connected.
Any help will be appreciated.

1. Regarding to your first issue, we are wondering if you have factory amplifier or just speakers.

3. Please note that you need to open both the WiFi and Bluetooth on your phone&the head unit to enable wireless CarPlay. In other words, the head unit could not be connected to hotspot when you’re using wireless CarPlay, cuz the WiFi access has been occupied by the CarPlay.
@Jason Barrett After the update, please go to Factory Settings > enter 126 > raise the BT volume and lower the system volume to a suitable range.

Regarding to the Carplay and BT issue, we are wondering if you have tried the settings that you suggested. Did it improve the situation?
@Support Dasaita the BT did improve a little. The static is gone, but now people say itt sounds like I'm in a tunnel and echoing a little
@Jason Barrett We are wondering if you could raise the volume of your phone and go to stereo's Factory Settings > enter 126 > raise the volume of the BT.

@Support Dasaita Is there any new information on the new firmware? My hands free calling is quite useless due to the fact that the echoing on both ends of the line makes it impossible to converse through car play. I've tried to use the external microphone after turning off the internal mic and it does not work at all. no one can hear anything I say. Any advise would be appreciated.

@Support Dasaita Yes, when I turn up Bluetooth it makes the echo even worse.
