When I make or receive a call, my caller reports that there is a slight rustling in the background during the telephone conversation. I double-checked the wiring and they fit perfectly in their slots. How can I fix it?

@Antonio Catalano Please kindly go to System update on the home menu to update the firmware G12(20240513) and then verify if your problem could be resolved.
As soon as possible I will carry out tests at the end of which I will post on this channel.
Greetings to the Forum. From the tests done in the different days and hours, it would seem that the rustle has disappeared. Should it reappear in later firmware versions, I will communicate it on this channel.
