I have Dasaita g12 in my toyota Camry 2015 hybrid. I have inserted a sim car in its external module but it never recognizes any data connection.

You have to remove the pin from the Sim, so it will always recognize it.

Please refer to our attached photo and make sure that you have installed the SIM card properly.
Besides, if possible, please use other SIM cards to test how it goes.
