There is no sound coming from the unit. I have checked the wiring, several times, and the connections are secure. I have adjusted the volume under factory settings for voice, rebooted the machine, and there is still no sound. I performed a factory reset, and there is no sound. Everything else seems to work. Using Apple Music, the time counter under the song moves, but there is no sound. Using the radio, there is no sound. The vehicle is a 2014 Nissan Rogue - SL. There are steering wheel controls, a factory, camera, and an amplifier from the factory (Bose). Here is the current Build Number and MCU version. Please Help.

All audio does not work. Currently, the label on the box of the new unit is HA5225-Vivid11-CP-HD US.
In March, 2023, Dasaita sent a new unit after the original unit failed. I was not given a new order number. The order number from the original purchase was: SP-DA2113.

I am looking at the wiring harness Instruction, and I wonder if I need the audio adapter for use with a Bose amplifier. My 2014 Rogue SL has a factory Bose amplifier and speakers. There was no audio adapter in the box. I was sent the CB008 wiring harness and CANBUS. Do think I need the adapter?

Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can try to do as ollows:
1). Please check if you have connected the all cables properly.
2). Please adjust the volume at maximum:
Settings > Car > Factory settings(password :126) > Voice > adjust the volume > Apply > Exit > Reboot.

Upon checking, we'd like to remind that the standard combo doesn't include audio adapter.
