2015 - Honda Fit/Jazz Flashing/ghosting and lack of car functions/cameras

    Order SP-DA5106 - Dasaita Android12 Car Stereo for Honda Fit Jazz 3  2014-2020 Wireless Carplay & Android Auto Car Radio| Qualcomm 665 | 9" QLED Screen | Wifi+4G LTE |6G+64G|DSP|GPS Navigation Head Unit| Optical Output × 1

    After a few weeks the screen has started flashing with lines/ghosting in the display.  Also unable to see any car/CAN bus functions.  There also were no cables to connect backup/side cameras which I thought was available with this unit.  Are there additional cables that I need?  Thanks.

    Regarding to screen ssue, we suggest that you can firstly try to press and hold the RST button by pin for 15 seconds to enter the factory setting interface to do the factory reset.

    Upon checking, your purchased model comes standard with cable DYX016, which is not support backup camera function.
    Therefore, it doesn't include CanBus or backup camera cable.
    Please refer to the picture about the standard combo.

    In order to help you better, please provide the following information of your vehicle:
    1). The front&back side clear photo of OEM radio.
    2). Please confirm if your car has these OEM Features ---
    Steering Wheel Control/ Factory Camera/ Amplifier(with or without).
    4、
    For further confirmation, please go Settings > About Machine > Model; Android Version; Build Number; MCU version, 
    then send its photo(see pic) to us.

    reset performed - no change.  After about 10 minutes this happens for the last week or so.

     

     

    Steering wheel controls work, has factory backup and side camera, I don't think it has an amplifier (audio works fine with the Dasaita radio).
