  • @Support Dasaita  The screen resolution issue and vertical lines on the screen appear to be fixed but the touch screen is off and radio home, back and navigation buttons are not working.  The Canbus and bluetooth are not working either. I've tried the bluetooth settings post for Tyler but none of them worked. Also tried to reset the touch screen from video provided to Tyler as well with no luck. I did have this error regarding the MCU though:

    MCU customer : HA

    MCU Version: V4.04

MCU verify fail. MCU version unmatched

    hctimgf fail.

I tried v4.01 and it loaded correctly but it flipped the touch screen(Touch left side it thinks I'm touching right side. Touch right side it thinks I'm touching left side) Canbus, bluetooth and radio buttons still do no work.

Can you provide the original version of the MCU( 3.89, I believe), please? The original MCU worked fine. Just thought the update would allow for bluetooth functionality with OBDII per the article previously mentioned.

  • @Tyler Martin @Tyler Martin  I was able to get through the setup screens after factory reset using a mouse and keyboard connected through the usb port. once in I did a factory reset and the screen no longer has the vertical lines and is centered. Unfortunately, the steering wheel controls, the buttons on the radio for home, back, radio, nav do not work even after manually mapping them and the touch screen is not lining up with the image on the lcd. At least there was some progress. Guess I'll be driving around with a mouse attached to radio until we can figure out what next. Guessing need an earlier if not original version of the MCU to fix the rest of the issues.

  • @Jay Yeager Hi, you could kindly try MCU(3.89a):  https://www.dropbox.com/s/fa2doaskmozjbkq/MTCH_HA_V3.89a.zip?dl=0

  • @Jay Yeager sounds like we're both getting at least some progress with our issues!

  • @Support Dasaita thank you! That worked to get the Bluetooth working/phone connected. Additionally, I was able to get the zlink app installed and activated/updated.

Unfortunately, ZLink is not working to start CarPlay. Is there anything I can try to get that working?

  • @Support Dasaita Radio seems to be all fixed now. Thank you for the assistance

  • @Tyler Martin Thank you for your reply. Is the carplay not working?

  • @Support Dasaita No, CarPlay is not working.

  • @Tyler MartinPlease take a picture or video of showing the detail issue. Are the wired carplay and wirless carplay all not working?

  • @Support Dasaita Please see video. I'm unable to get the CarPlay working either wired or bluetooth.
